Code Ann. § 3-10-104","heading":"Recommendations on management, policy and procedure","body":"The committee shall make recommendations on management, policies, and procedures to be employed in providing services to the general assembly or either house thereof. Recommendations which concern only one (1) house shall be approved by a majority of the committee members from the appropriate house and the speaker of that house.
