Code Ann. § 3-7-114","heading":"Identification and listing of acts null and void for lack of first year's funding by general assembly appropriation","body":"Within forty-five (45) days following the conclusion of each fiscal year, the fiscal review committee shall identify and list each law enacted during the fiscal year that is null and void for lack of a timely appropriation providing the estimated first year's funding for the law, as required by Article II, § 24 of the Constitution of Tennessee.
