Code Ann. § 30-3-208","heading":"Duties","body":"The conservator shall have all the rights, powers, and duties of a guardian of the property as established in title 34, chapters 1 and 2, and an absentee and an absentee's dependents shall be entitled to all benefits accruing to a ward or a ward's dependents under those chapters.
