Code Ann. § 33-6-204","heading":"Admissions review committee - Members - Expenses","body":"The admissions review committee consists of four (4) persons. Two (2) members shall be appointed from the hospital or treatment resource by the chief officer and two (2) members shall be appointed from the community contiguous to the hospital or treatment resource by the chair of the state commission on children and youth. The members appointed by the chair of the state commission on children and youth shall not be employees or staff members of the hospital or treatment resource. The committee members shall be trained or experienced specifically in child mental health.
