Code Ann. § 36-5-404","heading":"Powers and duties of clerk","body":"The office of the clerk of the court shall provide a sufficient supply of the forms provided for in § 36-5-406 . These forms shall be limited to use in causes filed under this part and they shall be made available to all who request assistance in filing a petition.
