Code Ann. § 37-5-407","heading":"Policy to assist foreign national children suspected of being victims of human trafficking - Development of assessment tools","body":"(a) The department shall develop a policy to assist foreign national children suspected of being victims of human trafficking.\n(b) The department must develop and maintain assessment tools to screen system-involved children at risk of human trafficking for experiences of commercial sexual exploitation.
