Code Ann. § 39-17-302","heading":"Riot","body":"(a) A person commits an offense who knowingly participates in a riot.\n(b) A violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor. In any sentence imposed for a violation of this section, the court shall include a mandatory minimum sentence of thirty (30) days of incarceration and an order of restitution for any property damage or loss incurred as a result of the offense.\nAmended by 2020EX2 Tenn.
