Code Ann. § 39-17-304","heading":"Inciting to riot","body":"(a) A person commits an offense who incites or urges three (3) or more persons to create or engage in a riot.\n(b) A violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor. In any sentence imposed for a violation of this section, the court shall include an order of restitution for any property damage or loss incurred as a result of the offense.\nAmended by 2020EX2 Tenn.
