Code Ann. § 4-14-202","heading":"Charter and bylaws - Review - Hearing","body":"If the corporation satisfies the conditions imposed by § 4-14-204 and title 48, chapter 51, the corporation shall perform the functions enumerated in § 4-14-205 . Before delivering a charter to the secretary of state for filing, the department of economic and community development shall conduct a public hearing for the purpose of giving all interested parties an opportunity to review and comment upon the charter, bylaws, and methods of operation of the corporation.
