Code Ann. § 4-29-122","heading":"Notice to evaluation committee of transferred functions","body":"Any department or agency of state government whose functions, duties, or responsibilities are transferred to another department or agency shall notify in writing the evaluation committee created in § 4-29-103 . The agency or department assuming responsibility for such functions, duties, or responsibilities shall be subject to review by the evaluation committee created in § 4-29-103 within two (2) years of such transfer.
