Code Ann. § 4-51-324","heading":"Licensee reporting requirements — Compliance hearing.","body":"(a) Each licensee shall report to the board, no later than January 15 of each year:\n(1) The total amount of wagers received from bettors for the immediately preceding calendar year;\n(2) The adjusted gross income of the licensee for the immediately preceding calendar year; and\n(3) Any additional information required by rule of the board deemed in the public interest or necessary to maintain the integrity of sports wagering in this state.\n(b) A licensee shall immediately report to the board any information relating to:\n(1) The name of any newly elected officer or director of the board of the licensed entity; and\n(2) The acquisition by any person of five percent (5%) or more of any class of corporate stock.\n(c) With respect to information reported under subsection (b), a licensee shall include with the report a statement as to any conflict of interest that may exist as the result of such election or acquisition.\n(d) Upon receiving a report under this section or § 4-51-315(b), the board may conduct a hearing in accordance with § 4-51-326 to determine whether the licensee remains in compliance with this part.","path":["Title 4 State Government","Chapter 51 Tennessee Education Lottery Implementation Law","Part 3 Tennessee Sports Gaming Act"],"source_url":"https://archive.org/download/gov.tn.tca/release76.2021.05.21/gov.tn.tca.title.04.odt","current_through":"2021-05-21","vintage":"Tennessee Code Release 76 (2021-05), retrieved 2026-09-17; absent from the newer snapshot, which serves other sections of this chapter, so it may since have been repealed or amended","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:52:17Z","sha256":"c76ca288438c0458e4737f8aee3d944f518d6240eac434c755eb5eb5f30eab89","source_id":"us-tn","stale":true,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-4-51-323","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-4-51-325"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
