Code Ann. § 40-20-303","heading":"Completion of program - Failure to comply","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of the law to the contrary, upon successful completion of a technical violator program, an offender shall be released to the supervision of the division of community services for the department of correction under the terms and conditions imposed by the trial court.
