Code Ann. § 41-1-410","heading":"Coordinated management philosophy","body":"Individual programs aimed at managing inmate behavior should be coordinated as parts of an overall management philosophy. The intent of the general assembly is to provide an environment that would allow and encourage a predictable, safe and manageable corrections system.
