Code Ann. § 43-38-1021","heading":"Discontinuation of dissolution for lack of cause","body":"The involuntary or supervised voluntary dissolution of a cooperative may be discontinued at any time during the dissolution proceedings, if it is established that cause for dissolution does not exist.
