Code Ann. § 43-6-201","heading":"Adoption of part by county legislative body","body":"The various county legislative bodies of the state may by resolution adopt this part by a vote of its members. Upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the county legislative body for the adoption of this part, the results of the vote shall be certified to the commissioner of agriculture.
