Code Ann. § 44-6-108","heading":"Prohibited acts","body":"The following acts and the causing of the following acts within this state are prohibited:\n(1) The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or misbranded;\n(2) The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed;\n(3) The distribution of agricultural commodities, such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, that are adulterated within the meaning of § 44-6-107(1) ;\n(4) The removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of an order under § 44-6-112 ;\n(5) The failure or refusal to register in accordance with § 44-6-104 ; and\n(6) Failure to pay inspection fees and file reports as required by [former] § 44-6-109 [repealed].","path":["TN Code","Title 44","Chapter 6"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"1ec85663c1320605feb0bea3e05790d4f84ceec87f8d55cbf34d56151a69abe2","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-44-6-107","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-44-6-109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
