Code Ann. § 45-1-120","heading":"Records of department","body":"(a) No information from the records of the department shall be revealed without the consent of the commissioner.\n(b) Reports of examinations made by the department shall be retained for five (5) years.\n(c) A copy of any document on file with the department that is certified by the commissioner as being a true copy may be introduced in evidence as if it were the original.
