Code Ann. § 45-12-105","heading":"Contents of written application for license","body":"Each application for a license shall be in writing and made under oath or affirmation to the commissioner, in a form prescribed by the commissioner, and shall include the following:\n(1) The legal name, residence and business address of the applicant and, if the applicant is a partnership, association, or corporation, of every member, officer, managing employee and director thereof;\n(2) The location in this state where the registered agent of the applicant shall be located; provided, that \"registered agent of the applicant\" includes a person designated by the applicant for accepting notices or orders by the commissioner, or process affecting the applicant, pursuant to § 45-12-103 ; and\n(3) Other data and information the commissioner may require with respect to the applicant, and its directors, trustees, officers, members, managing employees or agents.","path":["TN Code","Title 45","Chapter 12"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"2680d5909344615597cfafbde7b684e214325d759ac544ca2c69a88506bb7457","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-45-12-104","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-45-12-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
