Code Ann. § 45-13-108","heading":"Filing of written report with commissioner - Events impacting activities of licensee","body":"Within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of any one (1) of the following events, a licensee shall file a written report with the commissioner describing the event and its expected impact on the activities of the licensee in this state:\n(1) The filing for bankruptcy or reorganization by the licensee;\n(2) The institution of revocation or suspension proceedings against the licensee by any state or governmental authority;\n(3) The denial of the opportunity to engage in business by any state or governmental authority;\n(4) Any felony indictment of the licensee or any of its officers, directors or principals;\n(5) Any felony conviction of the licensee or any of its officers, directors or principals; and\n(6) Other events that the commissioner may determine and identify by rule.","path":["TN Code","Title 45","Chapter 13"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"3717b14a4a43c606c1ab9a2f1780d11c6387455cfda592565a4a5877bed9c702","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-45-13-107","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-45-13-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
