Code Ann. § 45-17-109","heading":"Reports to commissioner","body":"Within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of any one (1) of the events listed in subdivisions (1)-(6), a licensee shall file a written report with the commissioner describing the event and its expected impact on the activities of the licensee in this state:\n(1) The filing for bankruptcy or reorganization by the licensee;\n(2) The institution of revocation or suspension proceedings against the licensee by any state or governmental authority;\n(3) The denial of the opportunity to engage in the deferred presentment services business by any state or governmental authority;\n(4) Any felony indictment of the licensee or any of its directors, officers or principals;\n(5) Any felony conviction of the licensee or any of its directors, officers or principals; and\n(6) Other events that the commissioner may determine and identify by rule.","path":["TN Code","Title 45","Chapter 17"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"4960d94dfba279fc3c690a5eb799101c972c623912dd506e277d2cd05bfc9af2","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-45-17-108","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-45-17-110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
