Code Ann. § 45-5-507","heading":"Filing of written report with commissioner - Events impacting activities of registrant","body":"Within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of any one (1) of the events listed in this section, a registrant shall file a written report with the commissioner describing the event and its expected impact on the activities of the registrant:\n(1) The filing for bankruptcy or reorganization by the registrant;\n(2) The institution of revocation or suspension proceedings against the registrant by any state or governmental authority;\n(3) The denial of the opportunity to engage in business by any state or governmental authority;\n(4) Any felony indictment of the registrant or any of its officers, directors or principals, or partners;\n(5) Any felony conviction of the registrant or any of its officers, directors, principals, or partners; and\n(6) Other events that the commissioner may determine and identify by rule.","path":["TN Code","Title 45","Chapter 5"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"00063d282b73191e172d127c75acba4c12cf441a56e80cb9fa7d4a0cf5ac909f","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-45-5-506","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-45-5-508"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
