Code Ann. § 45-5-608","heading":"Conversion of industrial loan and thrift companies","body":"Any industrial loan and thrift company holding a certificate of registration under this chapter may convert to an industrial bank or to an industrial investment company by meeting the qualifications for operating as an industrial bank or industrial investment company as provided in this chapter.
