Code Ann. § 47-18-5104","heading":"Violation - Unfair or deceptive act or practice - Penalties cumulative","body":"(a) Violation of any provision of this part, or any rules and regulations promulgated hereunder, constitutes an unfair or deceptive act or practice under § 47-18-104(a) ; provided, that no criminal penalty shall be incurred for violation of this part. A civil action for violation of this part may be brought under part 1 of this chapter.\n(b) The remedies and penalties provided in this section are cumulative.
