Code Ann. § 47-2-703","heading":"Seller's remedies in general","body":"Where the buyer wrongfully rejects or revokes acceptance of goods or fails to make a payment due on or before delivery or repudiates with respect to a part or the whole, then with respect to any goods directly affected and, if the breach is of the whole contract (§ 47-2-612 ), then also with respect to the whole undelivered balance, the aggrieved seller may:\n(a) withhold delivery of such goods;\n(b) stop delivery by any bailee as hereafter provided (§ 47-2-705 );\n(c) proceed under the next section respecting goods still unidentified to the contract;\n(d) resell and recover damages as hereafter provided (§ 47-2-706 );\n(e) recover damages for nonacceptance (§ 47-2-708 ) or in a proper case the price (§ 47-2-709 );\n(f) cancel.","path":["TN Code","Title 47","Chapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"ab102d76c88d9fde45bcc583fe43c60cc57d684e6e176b2f1afde9fbc58f65de","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-47-2-702","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-47-2-704"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
