Code Ann. § 48-17-207","heading":"Action by single and multiple voting groups","body":"(a) If the charter or chapters 11-27 of this title provide for voting by a single voting group on a matter, action on that matter is taken when voted upon by the voting group as provided in § 48-17-206 .\n(b) If the charter or chapters 11-27 of this title provide for voting by two (2) or more voting groups on a matter, action on that matter is taken only when voted upon by each of those voting groups counted separately as provided in § 48-17-206 .
