Code Ann. § 49-1-618","heading":"Establishment of review period for verification of accountability data files and determinations prior to public release","body":"The department of education shall develop, and the state board shall adopt, a policy establishing a review period for LEAs to review and verify accountability data files and determinations before data files and determinations are released publicly by the department.
