Code Ann. § 49-13-134","heading":"Establishment of non-charter public schools of innovation","body":"LEAs in which there exist charter schools or in which charter schools are proposed to be created are strongly encouraged to establish non-charter public schools of innovation using federal funding that is available for such purpose.
