Code Ann. § 49-5-5614","heading":"Access to evaluation data from teacher training programs","body":"The department of education shall provide all state board of education approved teacher training programs access to annual evaluation data for teachers and principals graduating from the programs for a minimum of five (5) years following the completion of the program. Data made available to teacher training programs shall not be a public record and shall be used only for the purpose of making improvements to the program.
