Code Ann. § 49-6-451","heading":"Juvenile Offender Act - Informing pupils of provisions","body":"(a) At or near the beginning of each school year, the board of education of each LEA shall be responsible for informing all pupils in grades seven through twelve (7-12), inclusive, of the Juvenile Offender Act, compiled in title 55, chapter 10, part 7.
