Code Ann. § 5-12-211","heading":"Right to petition for additional deputies and assistants not precluded","body":"The budget shall have attached to it any court order or letter of agreement setting forth the number of authorized deputies and assistants pursuant to title 8, chapter 20, for the trustee, clerks of courts, register of deeds, county clerk and sheriff.
