Code Ann. § 50-5-213","heading":"Scope","body":"Contracts eligible for approval under this part shall include contracts pursuant to which a minor person is employed, employs, or agrees to perform or render artistic or creative services, either directly or through a third party including, without limitation, a personal services corporation, manager, booking agent, or producer.
