Code Ann. § 50-6-1009","heading":"Assessments","body":"No later than July 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the association shall assess each of its members a pro rata share of the funding necessary to carry out the purposes of this part. The association shall take any action deemed appropriate to collect any delinquent assessments.
