Code Ann. § 52-5-504","heading":"Services plan development","body":"If upon completion of an evaluation of a person under § 52-5-404 or § 52-5-409 , the department determines that the person meets the standards in § 52-5-501 , § 52-5-502 , or § 52-5-503 , and if the department certifies to the court that there are funds available within the limits of the department's line-item appropriation for services, then the department must attempt to develop a service plan for the person for the purpose stated.
