Code Ann. § 55-12-135","heading":"False statements - Perjury - Violations of part - Penalties - Suspension of license","body":"(a) With respect to the requirements of this part, any person who knowingly submits a false statement under oath to the commissioner commits perjury and shall be subject to the penalties therefor.
