Code Ann. § 55-5-130","heading":"Reporting theft of motor vehicle from bailee","body":"Whenever a motor vehicle under a bailee's care has been stolen, the bailee shall report the theft to the appropriate law enforcement agency and to the bailor if the bailor's address is known.
