Code Ann. § 55-51-107","heading":"Licensing skills test examination","body":"The director may exempt applicants for a reinstated or an original motorcycle operator license from the licensing skills and/or knowledge test if they present proof of successful completion of a rider training course that includes a similar test of skills and/or knowledge that is approved by the department and licensing officials.
