Code Ann. § 55-9-213","heading":"Brake fluid - Minimum standards - Penalty","body":"(a) No person shall have for sale, sell or offer for sale for use in motor vehicle brake systems in this state any hydraulic brake fluid unless of a type or brand approved by the commissioner of safety.
