Code Ann. § 56-22-118","heading":"County mutual insurance companies subject to same proceedings and actions as insurance companies","body":"The commissioner may subject a county mutual insurance company to any proceeding or action authorized pursuant to chapter 9 of this title, under the same terms as insurance companies.
