Code Ann. § 56-30-123","heading":"Revocation of license for violation of chapter","body":"A dental service plan corporation that neglects to make and file its annual statement in the form and within the time provided by § 56-27-117 , or neglects to reply in writing to the inquiries of the commissioner within a reasonable time as may be specified by the commissioner, or who otherwise violates this chapter, shall be subject to revocation of license after proper notice and right of hearing.
