Code Ann. § 56-41-101","heading":"Chapter definitions","body":"As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) \"Association\" means the Tennessee property and casualty insurance association; and (2) \"Insurance\" means \"property insurance\" as defined in § 56-2-201 , and \"casualty insurance\" as defined in § 56-2-201 , except for: (A) Hazardous waste or environmental impairment insurance; and (B) Any kind of insurance that is available through the Tennessee automobile insurance plan or any other existing residual market mechanism as defined in chapter 5 of this title.
