Code Ann. § 56-46-213","heading":"Requirements applicable to RBC reports filed with respect to year 2015","body":"For RBC reports required to be filed by health organizations with respect to 2015, the following requirements shall apply in lieu of §§ 56-46-203 , 56-46-204 , 56-46-205 and 56-46-206 :\n(1) In the event of a Company Action Level Event with respect to a domestic health organization, the commissioner shall take no regulatory action under this part;\n(2) In the event of a Regulatory Action Level Event under § 56-46-204(a)(1), (a)(2) or (a)(3) the commissioner shall take the actions required under § 56-46-203 ;\n(3) In the event of a Regulatory Action Level Event under § 56-46-204(a)(4), (a)(5), (a)(6), (a)(7), (a)(8) or (a)(9) or an Authorized Control Level Event, the commissioner shall take the actions required under § 56-46-204 with respect to the health organization;\n(4) In the event of a Mandatory Control Level Event with respect to a health organization, the commissioner shall take the actions required under § 56-46-205 with respect to the health organization.","path":["TN Code","Title 56","Chapter 46"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"c5b826d9482a640f1d62b5f39a78b24c83b59e6c85928762288e5799c4cf2c04","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-56-46-212","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-56-46-214"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
