Code Ann. § 56-51-124","heading":"Construction and relationship with other laws","body":"(a) No other provision of this title applies to a prepaid limited health service organization, unless a prepaid limited health service organization is specifically mentioned in the provision.\n(b) Except as provided in this chapter, this title does not apply to prepaid limited health service organizations certificated under this chapter.
