Code Ann. § 56-6-1009","heading":"Regulations - Licensure fees - Setting of standards for licensure - Accounting of fees and costs","body":"The commissioner may promulgate regulations as are necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of this part. These regulations may include provisions relating to the assessment of licensure fees reasonable to defray the costs of examinations and testing of crop insurance adjusters. The commissioner may also set standards for the maintenance of a crop insurance adjuster license.
