Code Ann. § 56-6-121","heading":"Fees","body":"In addition to any other fees that may be required elsewhere in this title, the following are the nonrefundable fees that will be paid to the commissioner under this part:\n(1) Except as provided in subdivision (5), fifty dollars ($50.00) for the filing of an application for an insurance producer license or limited lines producer license;\n(2) Sixty dollars ($60.00) for the renewal of an insurance producer license;\n(3) Thirty dollars ($30.00) for the renewal of a limited lines producer license;\n(4) Fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the appointment or termination of appointment of an insurance producer or limited lines producer by an insurer; and\n(5) Seven hundred fifty dollars ($750) for the filing of an initial application or renewal application as a travel insurance supervising entity pursuant to the Travel Insurance Producer Limited License Act, compiled in part 14 of this chapter.","path":["TN Code","Title 56","Chapter 6"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"10bf23a539a246e0979a6ba5274aaa4f54a87f573ec044228b0f5ede4340deee","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-56-6-1207","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-56-6-122"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
