Code Ann. § 56-6-920","heading":"Rules and regulations","body":"The commissioner may promulgate regulations as are necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of this part. These regulations may include provisions relating to the assessment of licensure fees reasonable to defray the costs of examinations and testing of public adjusters.
