Code Ann. § 56-60-108","heading":"Enforcement - Rules","body":"(a) The department shall enforce this chapter.\n(b) The department is authorized to promulgate rules to effectuate this chapter in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
