Code Ann. § 57-3-206","heading":"Collection and disposition of wholesale and retail dealers license fees","body":"It is made the duty of the commission to collect all license fees paid or due the state on account of each license issued to a wholesale or retail dealer in alcoholic spirituous beverages, or in respect to the continuance of any of such licenses.
