Code Ann. § 57-3-805","heading":"Location of licensed premises","body":"The premises of a retail food store wine license may be located in a municipality or the unincorporated areas of a county; provided, that such county or municipality has approved sales of wine by retail food stores by local option election pursuant to § 57-3-801 .
