Code Ann. § 57-3-812","heading":"Storage and delivery of wine - Purchase of wine from wholesaler","body":"(a) A retail food store licensed to sell wine under this part shall not store any wine off of the licensed premises.\n(b) All deliveries of wine to a retail food store must be made by a licensed wholesaler through a common carrier, a contract carrier or on vehicles owned by the wholesaler. The deliveries shall only be made to the business address of the retail food store.\n(c) All purchases of wine from a licensed wholesaler by a retail food store must be conducted by designated managers on premises at each retail food store location where delivery will be made.
