Code Ann. § 58-1-204","heading":"Air national guard","body":"The air force of the national guard shall be the air national guard and shall comprise the air units which are a part of the national guard on March 2, 1970, and such other air units as may be organized hereafter, including the personnel who are enlisted, appointed or commissioned therein; provided, that all persons who are members of the air national guard shall be federally recognized as such.
